Remington Heights is a family oriented community located off Old Owen Road just outside the city limits of Monroe, Washington. Our community consists of 104 homes alongside the Monroe Golf Course.
Monroe is nestled in the foothills of the Cascade Mountain Range on US highway 2 with easy access to Steven's Pass, Seattle, Bellevue and the Everett Metro areas, and the beautiful Skykomish Valley.
Monroe is a growing community that offers a perfect blend of rural life with conveniences of living in the city. The influx of young families into the surrounding area has changed but not erased the old town’s charm. Which still stands as much as it always has, on Main Street away from the busy highway, and has managed to preserve much of its small town character.
